03How we work
Every stage has an owner, a document and a date. You see the same information we do — specifications, sample results, inspection records and shipping documents.
Tell us the product, target price, market and volume — stock or custom. A photo, reference link or drawing is enough to start.
We shortlist real factories, verify licences and capability, compare quotes and return a cost breakdown with the options.
Samples, test reports and revisions; we confirm the specification and acceptance criteria before production.
We follow the line, inspect against the agreed criteria and prepare the technical file before packing.

Lead times are confirmed in the quotation after the specification and sample stage. We reply within 12 hours.
04Factory verification & files
Before a deposit, we check who the factory is. Before shipment, we check what is in the box. The files stay with the order.
Business licence, factory address, references, certifications and on-site capability are checked before a deposit.
Materials, changes and critical assembly steps are tracked against the approved specification while the order is running.
Finished goods are inspected against the agreed acceptance criteria, with a photo report before dispatch.
Datasheets, drawings, inspection records and shipping documents are kept with the order and shared on request.
