This notice explains what we collect when you contact us through this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to remove it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit a product brief on our contact page, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, country, solution of interest, application, annual volume and technical requirements. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or technical proposal, and maintain a record of our commercial correspondence. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or advertising profiling.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a commercial relationship requires us to keep transaction records longer. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only where necessary to answer your enquiry — for example with a supplier or logistics partner when preparing a quotation — or with service providers that host our website and email. We require those providers to protect the data and use it only for the agreed purpose.
How the form is handled
The contact form is submitted to our own enquiry service on our hosting infrastructure. Submissions are stored in a private data directory that is accessible only to authorised staff, and are not sent to a third-party form provider. If we enable an instant notification, a summary may be delivered to a private messaging or push service we use (for example WeCom, Feishu, Bark or ntfy); that service receives the enquiry content only to alert us.
Our hosting and notification providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers and require providers to protect the data and use it only for the agreed purpose.
Legal basis and withdrawing consent
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing 64436229@qq.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email 64436229@qq.com.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
